This is the most professional company with very knowledgeable technicians that I will recommend to anyone. I had an issue with my refrigerator. Great service and attitude!!  He came to repair and replace a bracket and drawer in my bottom freezer.  He saved me money by realizing I didn't need the drawer. He was then able to diagnose the problem with my new dishwasher( that the contractor who was there to look at it was unable to diagnose). Turned out to be a piece the size of a dime that was located in the garbage disposal that was blocking the water from flowing out.

This was a great experience ! From the first time I called the office to book service , I was greater by a professional secretary who took my info and promised all will be on and put me into the scedhal! I’m questioning her, she told me all what would take place in our situation, and she was spot on!

I then met Kirk on my repair day,  I was told by kirk the repair guy on everything that was going on with my dryer.
He took apart the dryer and assessed it in every way and pinpointed the problem!

He told me the part I needed was somewhere else! Kirk went out of his way to pic up the part and fixed the problem with my dryer the same day !

I could not be more satisfied and I would 100% recommend this company to family and friends because of the honesty and quality of service!
